Multi-Signal Identity Architecture

9+ Identifiers Per Profile. Every Platform. Maximum Match Rate.

Your current identity provider sends one hashed email per visitor. One shot. One chance to match. We send 3 email addresses in 3 hash formats plus multiple phone numbers. That gives every ad platform 9+ independent paths to confirm your audience.

The Industry Problem

One Email = One Chance to Match. That's a Problem.

Your identity platform sends a single hashed email to Meta, Google, or TikTok. It gets one lookup attempt. If that email doesn't match the one the person used to register? Match fails. Profile lost. Ad spend wasted.

Typical Identity Platform

  • × 1 email address per profile
  • × SHA-256 only (1 hash format)
  • × 0–1 phone numbers
  • × 1 match attempt per platform
  • Meta EMQ: 4–6  |  Google Match: ~8%

Big Easy Data

  • 3 email addresses per profile (personal, work, secondary)
  • 3 hash formats (SHA-256, MD5, SHA-1)
  • Multiple confirmed phone numbers
  • 9+ match attempts across platforms
  • Meta EMQ: 8–9+  |  Google Match: 30–60%

How Multi-Signal Wins on Every Ad Platform

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

Event Match Quality (EMQ): 8–9+

Meta scores every CAPI event from 1 to 10 based on how many customer parameters match a real Meta account. More matched identifiers = higher confidence = better ad delivery.

We send 3 email addresses per profile via CAPI. Meta tries to match all three independently. If the personal Gmail hits where the work email missed, the match fires at full confidence. Single-email platforms top out around 20% match rates. Our multi-email approach pushes past 50%.

Key: Meta CAPI only accepts SHA-256. Our MD5 and SHA-1 hashes activate on other platforms like Google Customer Match, Amazon DSP, and direct mail onboarding. Triple-hashing means you are ready for every channel from day one.

Google (Enhanced Conversions & Customer Match)

Match Rate: 8% → 30–60%

Google matches hashed first-party data against signed-in accounts, then attributes conversions across devices. Even after cookies are deleted.

Real example: An advertiser uploaded 10,000 Gmail addresses to Customer Match. Match rate? 8%. After adding phone numbers and additional email identifiers, the same list hit 30 to 60% match rates. That is what multi-email plus multi-phone does.

Google accepts both SHA-256 and MD5 for Customer Match uploads. Our MD5 hashes work here natively. No conversion step needed. Phone adds another 20 to 40% uplift on top of that.

TikTok (Events API)

Phone = Primary Match Key

TikTok’s Events API scores match quality using hashed email, hashed phone, click ID, IP address, user agent, and external ID. All hashing is SHA-256.

TikTok explicitly recommends sending both email and phone together. Their docs flag events as lower quality when only one identifier is present.

Here is the part most people miss: TikTok users overwhelmingly log in with a phone number, not an email. Phone is the primary match key on TikTok. The opposite of Meta. Our multiple phone numbers per profile give you a massive advantage here. No competitor at SMB pricing does this.

LinkedIn (Matched Audiences)

3 Emails = Max Registration Match

LinkedIn matches uploaded email lists against professional profiles. Business emails match at 60 to 80%. Personal emails? Much lower.

The problem is you never know which email someone used to register. Some people signed up with their work email. Some used Gmail. Some used a secondary address they have had for years.

With 3 emails per profile, at least one is likely to match the registration email on file. LinkedIn requires a minimum 300 matched members, with 1,000+ recommended for stable delivery. More matches per upload means you hit those thresholds faster and with better audience quality.

The Trade Desk / UID2 (Programmatic & CTV)

Multiple UIDs = Maximum CTV Reach

Each email or phone number generates a separate UID2. More emails and phones per profile means more UID2 paths. That translates directly to higher audience reach across The Trade Desk’s 1,000+ publisher partners, CTV streaming platforms, and retail media networks.

The Trade Desk’s own guidance says to map both email and phone for maximum match rates. We do this by default. For every profile. Automatically.

Amazon DSP

300M+ Active Shoppers

Amazon DSP accepts hashed records via the Amazon Ads API, including name, email, and phone. It matches them against 300M+ active shopper accounts. Multiple emails per record directly increases the probability of finding a match.

Amazon’s ecosystem is particularly powerful for home improvement, financial products, and consumer goods. Multi-email plus phone maximizes your shopper match rate across all of it.
